Agnes A. Guzik

Age 98 of Roseville, MN, passed away on 7/4/2021.  She is survived by her sons Andrew (Kathleen), Gerard, John (Deborah), Anthony, 12 Grandchildren and 14 Great Grandchildren.  Preceded in death by her husband Thaddeus, siblings Mary, Barbara, Anne (Sister Boniface) Andrew, and Grandson Michael.  Agnes was named one of WCCO radio's good Neighbors for her numerous contributions to the community.  An active member of St. Rose of Lima church, she volunteered her time to help organize and run casino trips raising money for the school, assisting with Rummage Sales, Madonna Luncheons, and church festivals.  For over 15 years, her home served as a collection and packaging point for the donation of clothing, toys, and sundries bound for Catholic Missions in Appalachia.  Agnes was a past President of the Roseville VFW Post #7555 Auxiliary, where she was a member for over 60 years.  She volunteered her time to help with the annual Booya and other events sponsored by the Post.  A member of the "Greatest Generation" she will truly be missed.  Visitation will be held at St. Rose of Lima church on Wednesday July 07, 2021 from 12:30 – 1:30pm followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 1:30 pm, internment at Roselawn Cemetery in Roseville, MN.  Memorials preferred to Our Lady of Peace Hospice Care, 2076 St. Anthony Avenue, St. Paul, MN  55104.
